So what does a coach do for you, exactly?

Well, of course it depends on your situation and your goals. The first thing I will do is try to understand what specific business problems you’re trying to solve.
Remember, “agility” isn’t the goal, a specific measurable business outcome needs to be the goal.

Everything we do will be focused on creating that outcome, and validating it through metrics we define before any coaching or consulting begins.

    I'll create thorough analysis of your organization's current state, including its culture, processes, systems, and capabilities. The goal is to identify areas for improvement and develop a plan for addressing them. I work with leadership teams to conduct assessments, analyze the data, and develop actionable recommendations for improving the organization.

  • Role Mentoring
    This service is focused on helping individuals develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in specific roles within an Agile system of delivery (Scrum Master, Product Manager, Product Owner, RTE, Solution Architect or Stakeholder). Through mentoring sessions, we work with individuals to identify areas for improvement, develop a plan for skill development, and provide guidance and support as they work to achieve their goals.

  • Team / Program Coaching
    This service is designed to help teams improve their performance and collaboration. Through coaching sessions, we focus on topics such as communication, conflict resolution, team dynamics, goal setting and measuring outcomes. The goal is to help teams work more effectively together and achieve better business outcomes.

  • Team / Program Training & Launch
    This service provides an overview of Agile values and principles, the most common frameworks for organizing teams (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), the most common scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, TameFlow, etc.) and bootcamp-style rapid team launch.

  • Product Leadership Coaching
    This service is designed to help individuals develop the skills and knowledge they need to become effective product leaders. Through coaching sessions, we focus on topics such as product strategy, customer research, agile development methodologies, and stakeholder management. The goal is to help product leaders become more effective in their roles and drive better business outcomes.

  • Transformation Coaching
    This service is focused on guiding organizations through transformation to Agile ways of working. To make it manageable and practical, we focus on one slice or subset of the organization at a time.
