Hi, I’m Matt Beam. I’m an Agile Coach. I define that as someone who helps organizations understand their current system of delivery, hypothesize ways to get better, and improve their process for making customers happy and validating results. It’s partly about culture, partly about processes, but mostly about setting up complete systems of delivery focused on solving well-defined, measurable business goals through unity of purpose.

Since 2007, I’ve worked on many agile teams as a Technical Writer, Business Analyst, Product Owner, Scrum Master, and now as an Agile Coach. I’m familiar with most frameworks, including Extreme Programming, Scrum, LeSS, SAFe, Kanban, TameFlow and Amplio. I focus on transformation coaching for enterprises, as reflected in my work at places like Bank of America, Discover, Alight and Pfizer.
